Welcome to Live Tracking Pakistan. By creating an account, installing our application, or using our tracking dashboard, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to register an account. An authorized representative of the organization must create business accounts.
2. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Permitted Use Our services may be used for legitimate purposes such as vehicle fleet management, personal asset protection, family safety monitoring (with appropriate consent as described in our Privacy Policy), courier and logistics tracking, and similar lawful applications. Any attempt to use the platform to track another adult without their knowledge or consent, or to facilitate harassment, stalking, or illegal surveillance, is a direct violation of these terms.
4. Subscription and Payment: Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and available packages are listed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice. Failure to renew a subscription may result in suspension of tracking services, though basic account access may remain available.
5. Service Availability: While we work to keep our platform running smoothly, occasional downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors beyond our control (such as network outages or third-party mapping service disruptions) may occur. We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service.
6. Hardware and Devices: If you purchase or activate a GPS tracking device through us, that device is subject to its own warranty terms. Live Tracking Pakistan is not responsible for physical damage, tampering, or malfunction of third-party hardware.
7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or use the service in a manner that endangers another individual’s privacy or safety.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, Live Tracking Pakistan and its team shall not be held liable for damages resulting from data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made by users based on information obtained through the platform.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts within Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email, and continued use of the service after such updates signifies your acceptance.
